​Living Kombucha was founded in 2018 with the mission of bridging the gap

between the growing awareness of a healthy lifestyle

& the lack of healthy beverage options on the market.

We manufacture drinks that are not only good for our bodies but also support and encourage health goals, both short-term and long-term.

Our kombucha is made with love, care, and the finest ingredients, using traditional brewing methods to ensure maximum quality and health benefits.

We are committed to offering an authentic, alive, and healthy product that supports gut health and overall vitality.

OUR STORY

Our story does not begin with a business vision but with a genuine love for this ancient health drink- kombucha, and the desire to share it with the world.

Our goal was to bring the healing power of kombucha to Israel and

help people live healthier and better lives.

DISCOVERING KOMBUCHA

Our journey began in Central America and during our time in California, where we discovered the magic of kombucha. This drink captivated us - not only because of its unique taste but also because of the numerous health benefits it offers. From the very first moment,

we became passionate home brewers of kombucha, even fermenting kombucha in our van during our travels.

THE ENTREPRENEURIAL START

Upon returning to Israel, we realized that there was no kombucha available locally, and we knew it was our time to act. With entrepreneurial energy and enthusiastic passion, we opened a booth at farmers' markets, where we sold kombucha alongside chai, cacao, and other drinks. However, it quickly became clear—

Kombucha is the undeniable star.

IN THE HOME KITCHEN

Like all good things, we started small—in our humble home kitchen, with simple glass jars, recycled bottles, and handwritten labels noting flavors and dates.

This was the first seed of our dream.

THE BALCONY BREWERY

When we realized we wanted to take kombucha to the next level, we tapped into our DIY skills and built a small, intimate home brewery on our balcony. It was still modest and homegrown, but it now had its own space that made our kombucha something real.

STAND-ALONE STUDIO
IN TEL AVIV

An unfulfilled business opportunity drew us to Tel Aviv. There, we created a professional space in the heart of the industrial area in the south of the city. We brewed, bottled, and distributed kombucha to leading restaurants and health food stores while upgrading our brand and refining our drink.

INDEPENDANT
KOMBUCHA FACTORY
IN LITHUANIA

After extensive searches and visits to dozens of factories, we concluded that none of them met our unique needs.

The decision was clear—we had to build our factory in Lithuania, even if it meant facing significant financial challenges. With determination and deep belief, we found a suitable building and began producing kombucha at the highest quality.

DISTRIBUTION & FUTURE VISION

Today, with fully licensed kombucha, we distribute our drink to all the leading health food stores and restaurants across Israel. Our vision remains steady: to continue bridging the gap between health awareness and the commercial beverage offerings available today. The journey is still long, but we are determined to continue with our kombucha—and with additional living and vibrant products.

We established our business with the clear vision of creating drinks that are good for us and our children, supporting our wellness community & aligning with the world we want to live in.
