Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling and chopping the mango and peach. Make sure the mango is ripe and juicy for the best flavor, and the peach should be sweet and tender. It is totally ok to use frozen fruits instead of the fresh ones! In which case - skip the ice, or it will turn into a sorbet...
2. Blend all the ingredients. Add the diced mango, sliced peach, yogurt, kombucha and ice into your blender. The yogurt adds a creamy texture and an extra boost of probiotics, making this smoothie even more gut-friendly. Note that yogurt besides being rich in protein, also usually contains lactobaccilus strain of bacteria. Kombucha contains many, many different strains of bacteria (as well as acetic acid, yeasts, enzymes, etc), besides lactobaccilus. So this union makes your recipe extra rich and diverse in alive probiotics!
3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy texture. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more kombucha or a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon: this step is optional. Cinnamon adds its sweetness and aroma to the smoothie and is highly recommended!
